Your immigration medical exam is straightforward and efficient. Here's what to expect:
Complete Part 1 of Form I-693
Book your appointment online or call us or simply just walk-in.
Before your appointment, download Form I-693 from the USCIS website and complete Part 1 only. Bring this form along with your vaccination records, government-issued ID, and any previous medical documentation.
Complete Your Medical Exam
During your first visit, our medical team will begin the physical examination, review your vaccination history, administer any required vaccines, and perform necessary lab tests (TB, syphilis, gonorrhea screening).
The entire process typically takes 1 hour.
Receive Your Sealed Form
Receive your sealed I-693 form (do not open it!) and submit it. The sealed envelope ensures the integrity of your medical examination results and maintains USCIS compliance.
